FEAR

Fear    I have come to realise that majority of people living with fear are more depressed than people without fear.  When living with fear it can trigger your mind to wave out the opportunity that is coming your way. Remember it is a vital response to physical and emotional dangers so if you didn't feel it you will not control yourself from legitimate threat. I don't know what you're afraid of but I know what your fears is afraid. Bring out principle of eliminating your fears and you will no longer be afraid of anything again.    In our next post we will bring you the different types of Fear and it Technical Solutions. Importance Of Prayer In Human Life

  In psalm 57;2 the bible says, " I will cry unto God the Most High;unto God that performeth all things for me.  Through Prayer we acknowledge God's power and goodness, our own neediness and independence. It is therefore an act of the virtue of religion implying the deepest reverence for God and habituating us to look for him  for everything both merely  because the things asked is good itself,  or advantageous to us, but chiefly because we wish it as a gift of God and not otherwise, no matter how good or desirable it may seem to us.  Prayer pre-support Faith in God and Hope in His goodness. Pray that you may be successful. We pray that our Character and Talents that God has instilled in Us will both mature and grow together so that we will be able to enjoy success when it arrives, and to be crushed by it. Prayer conquers every doubts in you.   Allen Varlett affirmed that " Seven days without prayer makes man weak". There are uncountable reasons why we must rely entirely on God's help through Prayer. He is the great Governor of everything both  the nominal and phenomenal. The entire universe lies in his hands. Prayer is the key to every doors of greatness. Abraham Lincoln realise this fact when He said " I have being driven many times to my knees by my overwhelming conviction that I had nowhere to go". You stand tallest when you are on your knees. Prayer transcend and conquers every hurdles in your life, it stands as an instrument to eliminate all your doubts, setbacks, fears e.t.c. Having your inward encounter with Almighty God is the only way to be empowered.   I learnt how deeply pray can affect my thought and actions and how this thought and actions could have a powerful effect upon my Prayers.   We lack focus, just because we neglected prayer. Prayer clears roads of self-doubts, it is a charging technique which charges our spiritual batteries. Pray that God will take total control in your life and transform you to a successful being              Live A Life Of Prayer. Even Jesus our Saviour devoted Himself with Prayer.   Pray Until Something Happens (PUSH) cheers!!!

I SPEAK LIFE TO YOU

​  With the power invested in me, i speak Life to my brothers/sister all over the world. I speak life of peace, joy, happiness, success and breakthrough. Never give up i speak life to you!,  you are going to live long, dont give up the fight for your life, it shall be over one day.  Just believe, you shall conquer.  just believe in yourself. Dream Am not talking about night dream am leading you to the one connecting your future being, I mean your Goal. I will tell you what this Dream means in human life What Is Dream: Dream is an Ambition, a goal and a vision. It is a picture of what you want to look like, be and achieve in future. Maybe you are aspiring to be a Lawyer, Doctor, Heavy-Time Politician, Even President etc. This Vivid Aspiration is what I called Dreams", Goal, or Ambition. Remember you as a dreamer was made by a dream and is the same you a dreamer that will make the world go round. Take Ownership of them, decide how to deal with your problems, blow off your fears, think big and become big. Being afraid means doubting yourself-esteem. He never look at his defects, disabilities and today his known as one of the best outstanding preachers and speakers. He resolved his thinking now he is teaching people with limbs, without defect. Nick made himself a victor, a hopeless person now a hopeful preacher. Just try and keep on trying you must surely be like other who have made a remarkable Performance. Identify your weak point, problems define them into categories and solve them one by one Associate with right people who will add values in your life. Make a list of top people in your area, field make friend and associate with them. jump up from you delay bed borrow wings if you don't have then set out the journey with Eagles is not too late they are still waiting for you. NEVER GIVE UP CHRIST IS WITH YOU

When You Feel Like Giving Up In life there are times we feel like giving up, we feel that we are not doing things right. And despites our intensified effort, still everything seems to be a vague, cluttered and depressed. As a normal response to this dire situation many people tend to fall into the pit of breakdown and failure NEVER GIVE UP I have discuss This type of issue "Never Give Up" in our last edition but I want to repeat some verses here. Failure however is necessary for us to learn the greatest lesson in life. You response to failure is critical if you really want to achieve success. Though tough time is difficult to survive but when you do, you become more able to endure challenges that will come along the way. When you feel like giving up don't succumb into thoughtless decisions instead, gather your senses and plan out to get out from the situation. Guide (1) Be strong enough and admit that you committed mistakes and you failed. (2) Understand that every one failed few times in our lives and most of us survived (3) Don't play a victim. (4) Never blame other people of your troubles and stop making excuses.
  Give up not Christ is there with you, it gonna be alright. You must Excel. Stop crying, clean up your tears and see God visiting your life. Get touched in God's blessing coming to you soon.

VISUALIZATION Visualisation is an act of imagining and visualizing something. All improvement in your life begins with an improvement in your mental pictures. You are where , what you are because of the mental pictures you hold in your conscious mind at the present time. MENTORSHIP  Mentorship is a relationship in which more experienced person helps to guide a less knowledgeable person.   Mentoring is an essential leadership skill in addition to managing and motivating people.  There are difference between Mentoring and Coaching. ¹) Mentoring Is Relationship Oriented:. This skill seeks to provide a safe environment where the mentoree shares the issues affecting his/her personal success. There are basic and specific learning competencies to be used as a basic for creating the relationship. ¹) Coaching is Task Oriented: it focuses on concrete issues such as, Managing more effectively, Speaking more articulately, and Learning how to think strategically. This skill requires content expert (Coach). ¹¹) Mentoring Is A Long Term Skill: both partners needs to create a good  relation and environment  in which the mentoree can feel secure in sharing issues impacting to his/her success. ¹¹) Coaching Is A Short Term Skill. It is determined by the agreement of the two partners. ¹¹¹) Mentoring Is Development Driven: Its purpose is to develop the individual not only for the current job but also for the future. ¹¹¹) Coaching Is Performance Driven:it is to improve the individual's performance either by enhancing his/her current skill or acquiring the new skill            "Choosing A Good Mentor"    Sometimes, we make a lot of mistakes when we think that we can do it ourselves without consulting experts in that same area we are heading to. Choosing a mentor will improve your well-being. A mentor will guide you, help you, take you under his/her wing and help nurture your career.    Mentoring is an important strategy regardless of where you are on the career ladder. Though finding a good mentor can be challenging. But before you approach anyone to mentor you, it is important to think about what you want from the mentor. And also choose a mentor that you can find easy to talk with so think about what personality type that might complement your own. Identify your strength and weakness. Look for a mento that has traits that you would like to develop in yourself.   He/She should be someone that admire and is an excellent role model for professional behavior . He/She must be an excellent listener and someone who is 5-10 years ahead of you.   A good mentor will lead and push you outside your comfort zone and help you achieve bigger things than you ever imagine. They can help you set a goal or advise you on the one you have chosen already      "What To Look For In A Mentor". ¹) Define your Goal: you must know what and why you need a mentor. Do you hope to broaden your accademic knowledge, understand organisational culture?. Etc.you must know what and why exactly you need one. ¹¹) Consider their Reputation:.some people wants a mentor who are well respected in the society, well regarded and admired. People like this can serve as a career sponsors when opportunities arise. ¹¹¹) Don't limit yourself to one person:  ¹v) Beware of Fraudsters. v) Look for role model. vî) Expand Your Knowledge. You have everything to make your life worth while. You are created to create your own world, so make sure you explore God giving talents in you.
 I don't know how often you pray to God. Pray to Him to unlock you padded greatness, and success.
Call on Him, He is capable to perform everything for you. In Psalm 57:2 " I will cry unto God most high; Unto God that performeth all things for me ."
Prayer presupport faith in God and hope in his goodness. We pray that our character, and talent that God has instilled in us, will both mature and grow together so that we will be able to enjoy success when it arrives, and not to be crushed by it.
St Paul in his time was a man of prayer, He told the Philippians to rejoice in the Lord "Always " because He himself learned the value of such an attitude. He also told them to present their petition to God because He Himself had experienced God answering  prayers over and over again.
 So brethren Pray to God to help you offload all He had stored in you and to return to Him empty handed.
